Kenadie graduated from Kindergarten on June 27 and since she is going from D track to A track at school, we are nearing the end of our 3 week Summer and we have tried to do a lot of activities while she is off track! We went to Lagoon, Cherry Hill, South Davis Rec Center, the Dinosaur Park and did a lot of swimming at our cousin's house! This Thursday we are going to the Discovery Museum at the Gateway and that will pretty much wrap up our Summer activities, with the exception of our trip to Washington next week. (The only glitch we had in our Summer plans was when Kamryn came down with a virus last week, poor girl! We all love the 4th of July, but this year it was horrible due to a screaming child! She seriously would not stop crying for more than 10 minutes!) I actually don't mind year-round school and Kenadie will have the end of September off so we can plan some more fun activities!
We also got a fun new addition to our home, a player baby grand piano! I have dreamed of having one for as long as I can remember and my dream finally came true! Instead of a formal dining room that we would only use maybe twice a year, we now have a music room! We all love it and Kenadie and I play it everyday!

I love your new blog background...way cute!! I can't believe Kenadie will be in First Grade! how fun!! And yes, I am still jelous of your piano!
